You must obtain a bid number to bid on or buy anything at the auction. Sellers may enter up to ten items. 10% of proceeds go to Middle TN FCM. Get items checked in as early as possible. You may get a bid number as a buyer or check in items as a seller at these scheduled times in the dealers room during the conference:

       Thursday 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM and 9:45 PM - 10:45 PM

       Friday 8:00 AM – 8:45 AM and 1:00 PM - 1:45 PM and 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM and 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM

       Saturday 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM and 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM.

After the Auction, Sellers please wait while Buyers pay for auctioned items. If you sold & bought items during the auction, it will speed up processing if you pay for bought items separately as soon as possible.

We accept Cash or Personal Checks. Remove purchases after you make payment. If sellers do not wish to wait after the auction, we can mail your check to you. Remember we must calculate 90% proceeds for each item sold and 10% goes to Middle TN FCM.
